Taylors Lazy Sunday Coffee Beans 1kg
A light roast with milk-chocolate influences and a hint of citrus to create a soft easy-going personality. Perfect for a weekend of relaxation.
A little tip: Before you add your grounds, pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, as should the coffee come in contact with hot water too quickly it may over extract and create undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. 1 kg coffee beans is a coffee that is delicious by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, perfect for lazy weekends.
Stores
Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast with an uplifting cocoa and citrus aroma. It has a silky and supple mouthfeel. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter's afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from absorbing too much and forming unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just been boiled. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge and relax.
